In this fourth edition, is examined from a multidisciplinary perspective and open-as has been happening in previous congresses 2002, 2004 and 2006 - the main object of study: the cyber.

Through this message we call the call for papers within the various Working Groups of the Congress and in particular for the ICT group AND FUNCTIONAL DIVERSITY (Information Technology and Communication and disability) http://www.cibersociedad.net/congres2009/es/gts/tic-y-diversidad-funcional/54 /, contained in six main themes.

The Working Groups are the fundamental structural units in which Congress is organized, similar to regular symposia, seminars or workshops that make traditional congresses. Our call is addressed to both the Academy and the Administration, business and civil society / citizenship. Given the importance of approaches, questions and considerations involved in the editorial line and in each of the Working Groups, we believe it is essential the involvement of each of these stakeholders to obtain reliable answers and new trends around the theme framing this event: the digital as key driver of progress in time of change in which we live, profiled in the motto "Crisis analog, digital future."

Specifically we call upon researchers and teachers in the areas of social sciences, humanities and technology to formulate their ideas, latest research and innovations, as well as professionals from the Administration and private enterprise, to present their experiences and practices on the ground .

Likewise, we invite civil society and citizens to submit their views, comments and experiences about their participation and involvement in the various networks that make up the Knowledge Society.
